A public inbox is coming soon.
Lean Logic Studios is small on purpose. We have not published a studio address on this site. When we open one — or a waitlist — it will appear here. Until then there is no mailto, no form, and no personal inbox to write to.
What to include later
A shop domain helps. If the message is about an app, name the app and what you were trying to do. A screenshot or error text is useful; access to the admin is never required in the first message.
Hours and pace
We work United Kingdom business hours. We do not publish a contractual response time. When the inbox opens, we will aim to acknowledge mail within two working days.
What we cannot do yet
No app is live to install, so we cannot reset a listing, issue a charge credit, or debug a production install that does not exist. This page will change when there is something to support.
Agencies
If you protect storefront performance for clients and want an admin utility that will not fight the theme, the waitlist on this page will be the place to say so. Not yet.
